This custom home project began in the fall of 2020 - just as our world had been brought to a grinding halt in relation to global pandemic. Despite the supply difficulties that impacted (and continue to impact) our entire industry, we were able to complete this both classic and modern family home project in under one year.

This home was designed by our partners over at IRM Architects and reflects the modern and Scandinavian style sensibilities of the owner, while also making the most effort to feature the incredibly beautiful Texas Hill Country landscape that the home is nestled within. From anywhere within the home, light and nature are on display.
